The 64 m2 cottage is located in a 17th century house, with its typical Perigord roof and stone walls and exposed beams. The charm of the old time with stone walls and exposed beams. Separate entrance from the main house, with a private terrace of 26 m2 overlooking the garden.
The cottage consists of 2 rooms, a terrace, with access to the garden:
- “The Flower Painter's living room”: living room / dining room / equipped kitchen of 32 m2, a separate WC. Convertible sofa with a Queen size bed (160x200). Television and Wifi. For the kitchen area, induction hob, combined oven (microwave and fan), filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, 6-place dishwasher, washer-dryer.
- "the Scholar's bedroom": a 32 m2 room, with a Queen-size bed (160x200), a second separate toilet, bathroom with a large shower (which will be shared between all guests). Library.
- Each room has its fireplace, which will allow you to have a nice fire (wood extra).
- A private terrace, with table and chairs, a small garden furniture. Access to the garden shared between guests of the guest rooms.
- Swimming pool shared with guests of the guest rooms.
- Bed linen, towels, tea towels are provided. The beds are already made when you arrive. No breakfast (only for guest rooms).
